Haven Middle School
For the privilege of riding my skateboard or
other wheeled vehicle to school, I agree to the following:
1) I
will not ride on school grounds before, during, or after school. (This include no-school days, evenings, and holidays)
2) Once on school grounds I will walk my
vehicle to the storage area or bike rack.
3) Safety rules will be obeyed at all
times. This includes wearing a helmet.
4) If any of these rules are disregarded,
it is understood that ANY adult supervisor can confiscate my
skateboard/scooter.
5) Skateboarding is not a crime, however,
vandalism to public property is. Should
it be determined that ignoring the rules listed above has caused property
damage to the school, the Sebastopol Police will be contacted and charges will
be filed.
6) This contract is only valid if a parent
signature is included.
7) A single violation of any of the above
means that privileges are revoked.
