Course Description
United States History
In US History we study the amazing story of our country. From the indigenous peoples and the writing of our Constitution, to the Industrial Revolution, we will get to explore the fascinating connections between our past and present. We will do a variety of activities to engage and inspire our learning throughout the school year. Look forward to Socratic Seminars, group presentations, projects, and games! We will begin the year reflecting on the Enlightenment in Europe, how it helped to shape the Constitutional conversation and how it still impacts our lives today.
