End of the Year Celebrations
8th Grade Families,
It is hard to believe that the end of our time with our 8th graders is quickly approaching. The next few weeks ahead are full of learning, engagement, fun, and celebration!
We have planned an 8th Grade Celebratory Field Trip to be held at Windsor Bowling Alley on Friday, May 29th, from 10:30-1:00 pm. Students will be able to bowl, play mini golf, and have a pizza lunch. If you are interested in helping make the field trip a special event, please let us know. A small group of parents who are willing to decorate, organize dessert, or create goody bags to help make the event special for the students would be appreciated.
Our promotion ceremony will be held in the Brook Haven gym on Thursday, June 4th, at 2:00 pm. Tickets are not required. School will be dismissed at 1:10 p.m., and we will begin assembling for the promotion ceremony at 1:45 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. and will last approximately 1 hour. If you would like to help decorate for the promotion, please let us know. The invite is attached- feel free to share with family and friends.
We are collecting donations ($50) for these special events. If you can contribute, you may donate through this ParentSquare link or send cash/check made out to Brook Haven.
