About Ms. Gospe

Hello! My name is Stephanie Gospe and I teach 7th and 8th grade English here at Brook Haven. Before I started teaching here in 2018, I taught at Healdsburg Junior High School and Sonoma Country Day School. I have a Bachelor of Arts and a secondary credential in English from Sonoma State University. I have always wanted to be an English teacher ever since I was a little girl. I am so excited to be here at Brook Haven; I love the close-knit community of teachers, staff, and students. 

I was born and raised in the central valley of California and moved here to Sonoma County in 1998 to go to college. I live in Santa Rosa with my husband and daughter. In my free time, I enjoy reading, working around my home and garden as well as cooking delicious food! Whenever my family and I have the opportunity, we love to explore new places and cultures, whether that is local, within our beautiful state or farther from home. Some of my travels have taken me to many of our 50 states, including Washington D.C., as well as England, France, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Mexico
